Merriam-Webster adds 370 new words to dictionary. Some standouts were; Dumbphone; Greenwashing; Free Dive (which I would have thought added decades ago); and Janky (one of my favorite slang words).

Finally, a university cutting out red tape and taking an interest in assuring their currently enrolled students graduate.

Being Tough and making the right call are two very different skills.
