Five for Friday 211

Welcome to Friday,

This week I’ve been on sabbatical doing lots of reading and watching the HBO documentary McMillions. True crime is fascinating, but when it involves millions of dollars it becomes another level of crazy!

This week’s links:

From the very funny Nora Ephron, My Life as an Heiress.

Aesthetically pleasing aerial photography from Germany, the heart of European steelwork and stacks of crates by photographer Bernhard Lang.

This interview with a four-time Iditarod musher.

This speech by the one and only Charlie Munger, “The Psychology of Human Misjudgment”.

Finally, Why Americans Can’t Quit Girl Scout Cookies. I may or may not have a half dozen boxes in the cabinet.

Currently reading : Selected Essays of Ralph Waldo Emerson

Have a happy weekend!
