Welcome to the Weekend,
Over the summer I started the habit of making sure to get at least ten minutes of sunlight every single day. So, when I came across this recent study from Nature showing spending at least two hours each week outdoors correlates with healthier, happier lives, I was quite pleased. It’s always nice to be reminded that some things we enjoy are actually good for us! Have you started any habits in lockdown that you’re planning to continue beyond 2020?
