Welcome to Friday,
The leaves are crunchy and fading into gold, the air has turned crisp, I’ve been drinking pumpkin spice everything all this week. Clearly, Autumn has arrived, and if we’re going to be inside ninety-five percent of the time, we may as well enjoy blankets, flannel, pumpkin flavors, and all the autumnal mirth of the season, right? Right. I’ll be digging out the scented candles this weekend, as well as reading the following pieces:
On how colors are shifting in response to human progress.
David Perell’s interview with Quillette founder Claire Lehmann (scroll down on that link for chapter times). I especially like her thoughts on psychology, the need to understand statistical analysis, and how to design studies.
How knowledge and technological advances are transforming the world.
Is it a Cheetah?
This beautiful neutral living room.
Currently Reading: Public Opinion by Walter Lippman
Have a great weekend!
