Happy Friday,
This week I’ve been reading about the feud between Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton, which has served as a reminder that wacky insults (see: “a shilly-shally thing” )seem to be a hereditary trait in US politics. Fortunately, however, this week’s links can be described as surprisingly sophisticated.
Here is what I’m reading this weekend:
The story of Lorem Ipsum
This look at the wild scientific world of the crispy food industry.
A love letter to Wikipedia.
Denmark made a ski hill out of trash.
I so enjoyed this insightful and amusing profile of the meticulous Jerry Seinfeld in the New York Times Magazine from 2012.
Have a wonderful weekend!
