Casually contemplating the passage of time.

With the first day of Autumn falling (ha) this week, I am looking forward to sweater and soup weather. However, harvest season always has me reflecting on what habits and ideas I’ve seen fruit from, and want to continue building upon. This weekend’s links are loosely based on time’s continual march forward.

As a recent transplant to the American South, I am slowly immersing myself in staples like biscuits and regional chain restaurants. We hit Bojangles on our road trip, who yes, served excellent biscuits. Another chain we’re excited to dive into is Cook Out, which apparently has a bit of a cult following.
